At our helpdesk you can create a personal account to track tickets you have submitted in the past. How long will it take for my ticket to be answered?
We reply to Technical Support tickets normally within 15 minutes. Depending on the question or issue the ticket may be sent into another department. We will work as quickly as possible to answer you in a timely manner.
