At our helpdesk you can create a personal account to track tickets you have submitted in the past. Concierge Live Assistant
Our Concierge Live Assistant Service allows you to ask sales questions directly to our team. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It is important for us to note that this is not a technical support chat. Concierge is for sales only and directional customer service. We will not be answering any questions about billing due to privacy reasons so accounting questions must be handled through our helpdesk only at this time.
