Our online forum, Surmunity.com, is where our customers can interact. The forum is meant for general user-to-user questions. We also make official server announcements there and require you to subscribe to them. If you have not yet subscribed, you can click here to find out exactly how.

 

Official Support Helpdesk

You may use our online helpdesk to submit a request to us. We do not have a support phone number and believe that an email system is more efficient. At our helpdesk you can create a personal account to track tickets you have submitted in the past. Each time you create a ticket you will receive an automated reply email that includes your ticket information. Click here to get started - it's very easy!

 

Concierge Live Assistant

Our Concierge Live Assistant Service allows you to ask sales questions directly to our team. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

It is important for us to note that this is not a technical support chat. Concierge is for sales only and directional customer service. We will not be answering any questions about billing due to privacy reasons so accounting questions must be handled through our helpdesk only at this time.
