One Love 3 Terms
The intention of our promotion:
To give family, friend's, co-worker's of our existing, loyal Surpass customers a nice break for $1 a year when getting a new hosting plan.
For new customers, we hope they love Surpass and decide to stay with us. This way we can improve our services and have more and more promotions.
1) Enjoy the promotion! The Surpass service and support will be the same as it always has been! Just because you are paying a dollar does NOT mean you are getting "dollar service" by any means! (Again, see our intentions above!)
2) Limit one One Love account per client. Multiple One Love orders are not allowed.
3) Promotion is only available for orders using the provided order link between 02/14/2009 and 02/16/2009. No requests outside of these dates will be honored.
4) You are free to cancel the plan after the year is over. This is done by filling out the cancellation form located at the bottom of this page, a very easy process: http://www.surpasshosting.com/support.php
5) Existing customers are not eligable. You cannot cancel existing plans to get One Love or try to "twist plans" around in any way. This is the rule that has been the same with all other promotions. Please treat the promotion fairly and as it's meant to be used. Any attempts to do so will be caught and your promotional order will be cancelled indefinitely.
6) If you purchased a One Love plan in 2007 or 2008, you cannot purchase a One Love plan in 2009; it is not allowed. We will be auditing each
signup.
7) The next due date will be February 1st, 2010 regardless of your sign up date this month.
8) You will notice that your order results in $0.00 invoice. This is normal. After you place the order we will use a script to process your order and adjust the invoice to the $1.00 due amount. You will be emailed after this occurs with instruction to login and make payment towards the adjusted invoice. After you have made payment, and after we have reviewed the order manually, your new account will be activated and you will receive the Welcome email with all account details.
9) Please note that we may change the terms of the promotion at any time, and we will only notify you of these changes if they apply to an order you have placed which conflicts with the terms.
10) ABUSE IS NOT TOLERATED. A One Love account is not to be used to store/share illegal music and video files, or your entire hard drive. It is for hosting your websites and website related files. We thank you for your cooperation with our policies.
11) One Love does not include a domain name. You are responsible for registering your domain name and paying the yearly fee ($15.99) for it. Thank you!
